Hi, I’m Santana.
I am a freelance writer and communications specialist with expertise in travel and hospitality, arts, music, and technology. I work with clients to craft strategic content that sparks engagement with audiences and delivers real value to customers as well as businesses.
I’ve worked with some of Australia’s biggest brands – including Jetstar Airways and Australian Unity – and for digital agencies across Australia and Europe, specialising in content, SEO, UX/CX, copywriting and digital marketing. I’m Australian though currently living in the best city in the world – Madrid, Spain. I work with clients right across the globe, from Melbourne to New York, and everywhere in between.
